We had Fox out to inspect a home we were under contract for. They were recommended by our realtor along with a couple of others, but they were less expensive than the most recommended one. I'm very happy I went with them and saved the money. They were very easy to work with and get scheduled quick, they sent out two inspectors to cover the large house, David and Chris were kind and thorough, and they even brought waters and snacks if anyone needed anything. Very heads up for a long event at a home that isn't yours yet. I was even given the inspectors phone numbers in case I had questions after, which I did and both got back to me very quickly. Digging into the nitty gritty of what could be improved, I think during the final tour there was more that I wish we would have gone over in person and while I appreciate there wasn't anything huge wrong, there was a lot of little stuff in a big house that adds up to quite a bit. We did definitely talk about a fair amount, but I would have liked even more. I think the seller’s realtor who we let come with us got a rosier impression that the report gave. Also, there was a small communication error on a couple of fireplaces that were not able to be turned on. I would have hoped they would have still looked in them for signs of disrepair or problems from before, but they didn't and the time for that was gone by time I realized. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would recommend and use Fox Inspections again. Nicole W

Then, he described the work he would be performing and the types of stucco deficiencies he would be looking for like high moisture content between walls.
